Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern registration and use of the Fragancias Oasis LLC customer portal. By checking the acceptance box and registering, you confirm that you have read and accept these rules.

1. Eligibility and registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and not to register using another person's identity or information without authorization.

2. Account and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may request verification or temporarily restrict an account to protect customers and the business.

3. Acceptable use

The portal may be used only for legitimate catalog, pricing, availability, and business transactions. Fraud, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized access, system interference, automated data extraction, and illegal activity are prohibited.

4. Catalog, prices, and inventory

Prices may vary according to the customer’s assigned price tier. Images are illustrative. Prices, descriptions, and inventory may change or contain errors, which Fragancias Oasis may correct before confirming a sale.

5. Orders and quotes

Submitting an order or request does not guarantee availability or by itself constitute final acceptance of a sale. Orders remain subject to review, inventory, current pricing, customer and payment validation, and confirmation by Fragancias Oasis.

6. Payments, taxes, shipping, and pickup

The customer must pay confirmed charges, including taxes, shipping, or other amounts disclosed before completion. Delivery times are estimates. Pickup orders are subject to store identification and delivery instructions.

7. Changes, cancellations, and returns

Sales, changes, cancellations, and returns are governed by the policy shown on the applicable invoice, quote, store notice, or communication and by rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Service communications

We may contact you by phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding account, security, order, quote, payment, pickup, or delivery matters. Promotional communications are handled according to applicable permissions and opt-out choices.

9. Intellectual property

Our names, logos, designs, text, photographs, catalog, and original content are protected. Portal access does not authorize copying, resale, publication, or exploitation without written permission or a right granted by law.

10. Service availability

We seek to keep the portal available and accurate, but maintenance, interruptions, delays, or technical failures may occur. Features may be updated, suspended, or modified when needed.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fragancias Oasis is not responsible for indirect losses caused by misuse of an account, interruptions beyond our control, or inaccurate information supplied by a user. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

12. Suspension or termination

We may suspend access for breach, fraud, security risk, abuse, or legal requirements. Customers may request account closure, subject to retention required for transactions and legal obligations.

13. Changes and applicable law

The version and effective date appear above. Material changes may be communicated through the portal or registered contact information. These terms are governed by applicable Puerto Rico and United States law.
